I got my start in masonry when I was 15 years old working alongside very experienced masons.  At the time, I was a mason tenderer (Labourer), but always felt the need to do more on and off the job.  I soon found out what it was to work HARD.  WHAT IT WAS TO BE A TRUE MASON. Masonry is a lost form of art. With history dating back to some of the oldest buildings all around the world. My passion for this business continued to grow to the point of me wanting to start my own.  (So I DID).   Laying stone is like artwork.  Not every stone is a good one.  The most rewarding part of the job is when you can envision what you want the wall to look like and then bring it to life.  That is what I love about this trade, having complete creative control.   I also love seeing the look on a customer's face when they see a dream/vision of their home come to life.
